OBE Reunion 2010In the fall of 2008, a reunion to mark the 10th anniversary of the amalgamation of the OBE and the CBE was held. Language Training Centre: House Of CommonsThe federal government needs retired or semi-retired French teachers with French as a Second Language certification to teach adults on a part-time basis (6 to 10 hours a week, three weeks per month) during the day at the House of Commons Language Training Centre. Unique experience of attending
It
seems like yesterday that RTO/ERO's District 27 was celebrating the advent of
the 21st century. Let us remember and reminisce on the happenings of the
past decade. 
In
2010, Hawthorne Public School will be 111 years old. Hawthorn Public
School has welcomed students since 1899 when it had its humble beginning as a
one-room schoolhouse. If you or someone you know has memories, stories or
photos of Hawthorn Public School, please share them with us as we plan our June
